wDALI Controls – Wireless Control for DALI Systems
The wDALI Controls system enables wireless control of DALI lighting installations using battery-powered input devices combined with a compact wDALI Transceiver connected directly to the DALI bus.
It is an ideal solution for retrofits and projects where additional control wiring is not desired or not possible.
A wDALI system always consists of at least two components: a freely placeable input device (remote control or wall switch) and a transceiver that translates RF commands into DALI commands.
Multiple input devices can be paired with one transceiver, and a single input device can control multiple DALI lines by pairing it with several transceivers.
Input devices
The system supports different wireless input devices:
- wDALI Remote – 12 programmable buttons for advanced lighting control
- White: 86459534-W
- Black: 86459534-B
- wDALI Switch Cross – 4-button wall-mounted switch (mounting plate available separately)
Each button can be individually configured using Lunatone DALI Cockpit, supporting short press, long press, toggle functions, predefined or custom macros, scene recall and DT8 Tunable White control.
wDALI Transceiver
- 86459587-TR – wDALI Transceiver
The transceiver is connected directly to the DALI signal line and is powered via the DALI bus (no mains connection required).
It receives RF commands from the paired input devices and sends corresponding DALI commands to the luminaires.

These sets are recommended as starter kits for new installations, as they include all components required for immediate operation.

Mounting plates allow simple adhesive installation of the wDALI wall switches and easy repositioning if required.
